The Vampire Diaries - Dark Reunion (book 4) by LJ Smith

This was the best book so far in the series! 

In this book we follow the same characters as they try to work out what the cause of all of the bad things that had happened was. This book is the most like the show I think as it has a lot of the same elements throughout. 

The story follows Stefan, Bonnie and Meredith primarily trying to find out where Elena has gone in the afterlife. Damon, Matt, Caroline and Tyler also feature but not as much as the others. The evil villain is a familiar character from the TV show as well. 

Again, the writing was easy to follow in this book. The diary entries were few and far between, which made the book easier to follow.

I gave this book 4 stars because it was good. It didn't quite get five because some elements were a little predictable and there wasn't too much romance either. 

The Vampire Diaries was originally a four book series until a few years ago but now there are more books. I look forward to reading the next book soon...look out for my review of it.

Rebound (The Pentagon Book 1) by Rosemary Rey Review

Hey ForeverBookers,  How are you all doing today? I hope you’re well!  I’ve just finished rereading Rebound by Rosemary Rey and I loved it! From recollection I loved it the first time I read it as well, about 5 years ago.  5 Stars! I read this for a few readathons: For Reading Rivalry - A book I think should be turned into a movie - I’d love to see this play out on television, actually but a movie is close enough.  For Litwits - A love story - that’s the central plot of Rebound and the whole Pentagon trilogy.  Literary Love Affair - Soulmate Love - Perla and Matt are what I class as realistic soulmates. The Flat Share by Beth O’Leary Review

Hi foreverBookers,  How are you all today? I hope you’re well! I’ve just finished reading “The Flat Share” by Beth O’Leary and I’m surprised to say that I VERY MUCH enjoyed it!  4 Stars! I only wanted to read “The Flat Share” because of the TV show that’s just come out in the UK! Beth O’Leary books seemed uninteresting to me before. I will probably read more from her in the future now as I enjoyed this one so much! “The Flat Share” had romance and fluff as well as more serious topics though, which was nice to see. Leon, the main male character is black. I don’t think we see many people of colour in books based in the UK or even the States. I can only think of two that I’ve read and reviewed that feature black characters and I’ve reviewed a lot of books! This was nice to see.
